Compilations and Reviews

Reliable financial statements are essential for making informed decisions and maintaining trust with stakeholders. At TPG, we offer professional compilation and review services tailored to your needs. Whether you require a high-level overview or detailed financial analysis, we ensure your statements are accurate, compliant, and ready for presentation.

Simplified Financial Reporting
Our compilation services help organize your financial data into clear, professional statements for internal use, lenders, or investors. While we do not audit or verify the data, we ensure the presentation complies with industry standards. It is the perfect solution for businesses needing credible financial statements without requiring full assurance.

Gained Confidence
If you need a higher level of assurance, our review services provide a detailed analysis of your financial statements through inquiry and analytical procedures. This process helps identify potential inconsistencies or areas of concern while remaining more cost-effective than a full audit.

Compilations
A compilation engagement can be prepared consistent with US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) or any other special purpose framework (example - Tax-Basis Financials).  A compilation engagement does not provide any form of assurance on your financial statements.

Reviews
A review engagement provides limited assurance about the reasonableness of the financial statements through the use of analytical procedures and inquiries of management.  A review engagement is substantially less intensive in scope than an audit.  A review can be a great alternative when an audit is not required by a financial institution.

Questions
It is important to find the proper balance between the cost of the CPA’s services and the level of assurance the users of the financial statements require.  We are happy to answer any questions you may have about the different levels of assurance services we offer.
